DIRECTORS LIST. Shall mean the list attached to the Trust Agreement as EXHIBIT E.

DIRECTORS LIST. Shall mean the list of individuals, attached hereto as EXHIBIT E, approved by Argosy and Empress to fill vacancies on the board of directors of Empress in accordance with (and only in accordance with) SECTION 4.4.2 of this Agreement. The Directors List may be amended from time to time in writing signed by Argosy, Empress and the Board.
