Disability Effective Date

Disability Effective Date. The 30th day after receipt of such notice by the Employee (the "Disability Effective Date"), provided that, within the 30 days after such receipt, the Employee shall not have returned to full-time performance of the Employee's duties.

Disability Effective Date. Provided that, within the 30 days after such receipt, the Employee shall not have returned to full-time performance of the Employee's duties. For purposes of this Agreement, "Disability" means disability which, at least 26 weeks after its commencement, is determined to be total and permanent by a physician selected by the Company or its insurers and acceptable to the Employee or the Employee's legal representative (such agreement as to acceptability not to be withheld unreasonably).

Disability Effective Date. Means the 30th day after the Executive's receipt of the written notice specified in Section 3.

Disability Effective Date. Means the 30th day after receipt of notice by the Executive from the Company of a determination of Disability, provided that, within the 30 days after such receipt, the Executive shall not have returned to full-time performance of the Executive's duties.

Disability Effective Date. Means the date thirty (30) days following receipt by the Executive of notice from the Bank of the Bank's intention to terminate the Executive's employment because of the Executive's Disability.

Disability Effective Date. Shall mean the thirty (30) days following receipt by the Officer of notice from the Corporation of the Corporation's intention to terminate the Officer's employment because of the Officer's disability.

Disability Effective Date. The words and terms "Date of Termination," "Disability," "Disability Effective Date," "Notice of Termination," "Change of Control Payment" and "Vested Benefits," shall have the same meanings as set forth in Section 1 of the BankUnited Agreement.

Disability Effective Date. Means the date thirty (30) days following receipt by the Executive of notice from the Company of the Company's intention to terminate the Executive's employment because of the Executive's Disability.

Disability Effective Date. Means the 30th day after the Executive's receipt of the Company's notice of intent to terminate the Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5(a) of this Agreement.

Disability Effective Date. Means the date the Company terminates the Executive's employment by reason of Disability
