Example Definitions of "Disability (or becoming Disabled)"
Disability (or becoming Disabled). Shall mean that, as a result of the Optionee's incapacity due to physical or mental illness or injury, he or she shall not have performed all or substantially all of his or her usual duties as an employee of the Corporation for a period of more than one-hundred-fifty (150) days in any period of one-hundred-eighty (180) consecutive days;
Disability (or becoming Disabled). Disability as determined under the Company's then-existing long-term disability compensation programs;
Disability (or becoming Disabled). Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Executive Severance Agreement or Executive Severance Policy, as applicable;
