DISABILITY The term Disability

DISABILITY The term Disability. As used in this Agreement shall mean the Executive's incapacity due to physical or mental illness which shall have caused the Executive to have been absent from his or her duties with the Company on a full-time basis for six months and the Executive shall not have returned to the full-time performance of the Executive's duties within 30 days after written Notice of Termination (as defined in paragraph 4(e) below) has been given by the Company.
