Disabled Grantee. (h) "Disabled Grantee" means (1) Grantee, if Grantee's employment by a Participating Company is terminated by reason of Disability; or (2) Grantee's duly-appointed legal guardian following Grantee's termination of employment by reason of Disability, acting on Grantee's behalf.
