Disabled or Incapacitated. Executive's inability or failure, due to a medically determinable physical or mental impairment, to substantially perform the essential functions of Executive's job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days or for ninety (90) calendar days during any twelve (12) month period irrespective of whether such days are consecutive.
Disabled or Incapacitated. Executive's Arnett's inability or failure, due to a medically determinable physical or mental impairment, to substantially perform the essential functions of Executive's Arnett's job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days or for ninety (90) calendar days during any twelve (12) month period irrespective of whether such days are consecutive.
