Disabled Participant

Disabled Participant. Means: 2.18.1. A Participant whose employment with the Company is terminated by reason of Disability; 2.18.2. An Inactive Participant who suffers a Disability following termination of his or her employment with the Company; or 2.18.3. The duly-appointed legal guardian of an individual described in Section 2.18.1 or 2.18.2 acting on behalf of such individual.
