Disaster

Disaster. Shall mean any unplanned interruption of the operations of, or inaccessibility to, Supplier's manufacturing, shipping or storage facilities during which Supplier requires relocation of any or all of its operations relating to Products (the "Product Operations") to an alternative facility or facilities (each a "Recovery Location").

Disaster. Any acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions or any other act that could reasonable be expected to pose a threat to the safety, security, integrity or functionality of any Facility, Personnel or Customer Confidential Information
