Disclosing Party

Disclosing Party. Means the Party (or Newco, as applicable) disclosing Confidential Information to the other Party (or Newco, as applicable).

Disclosing Party. Disclosing Party. Means a Party who has disclosed Confidential Information hereunder to the other Party or on whose behalf Confidential Information has been disclosed to the other Party.

Disclosing Party. A Party disclosing Confidential Information to another Party and may include MDI, Eucodis or both.
