Disclosure Package

Disclosure Package. Shall mean (i) the Preliminary Prospectus dated [ ], 2007, relating to the Securities and (ii) the Time of Delivery Information set forth on Schedule II hereto.

Disclosure Package. (i) the Preliminary Prospectus that is included in the Registration Statement immediately prior to the Execution Time, (ii) the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule II hereto, and (iii) any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package.

Disclosure Package. (i) the Base Prospectus, (ii) the Preliminary Prospectus used most recently prior to the Execution Time, (iii) the final term sheet prepared and filed pursuant to Section 5(b) hereto, and (iv) any Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses prepared and approved in accordance with this Agreement and identified in Schedule II(a) hereto, together with any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package.

Disclosure Package. (i) the Preliminary Prospectus dated [ ], 2011, (ii) the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule III hereto, and (iii) any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package.

Disclosure Package. (i) the Preliminary Prospectus dated July 5, 2011, (ii) the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule III hereto, and (iii) 32 any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package.

Disclosure Package. Shall mean collectively (i) the Preliminary Circular, as amended or supplemented at the Execution Time, (ii) the Preliminary Supplement, as amended or supplemented at the Execution Time, (iii) the final term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 5(b) hereto and in the form attached as Schedule I hereto and (iii) any Issuer Written Information.

Disclosure Package. Shall mean (i) the Base Prospectus, (ii) the Preliminary Prospectus, as amended and supplemented prior to the Execution Time, (iii) the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule I hereto, (iv) any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package, and (v) the price of the Securities and disclosures directly relating to the Securities that will be included on the cover page of the...
