DISCOVERY PAYMENTS

DISCOVERY PAYMENTS. Shall mean any payment received by COMPANY from a third party or SUBLICENSEE related to sales by a third party or AFFILIATE or SUBLICENSEE of products identified by the use of LICENSED PRODUCTS or LICENSED processes. DISCOVERY payments may be received from either a customer or SUBLICENSEE.
