Discretion

Discretion. In the sole discretion of the Committee, with no requirement whatsoever that the Committee follow past practices, act in a manner consistent with past practices, or treat a Participant in a manner consistent with the treatment afforded other Participants with respect to this Plan, which may be set forth in an Award Agreement or otherwise

Discretion. The discretion of the Committee to increase, reduce or eliminate the size of an Award in accordance with Section 6.1(c) of the Plan.
