Discriminate. With respect to a specified Person, to change the rights of such specified Person as compared to other applicable Persons in a manner that is, or is reasonably expected to be, materially and adversely different than the changes to the rights of the other applicable Persons.
Discriminate. With Shall mean, with respect to a specified Person, to change the rights and/or obligations of such specified Person as compared to other applicable Persons in a manner that is, or is reasonably expected to be, materially and adversely different than the changes to the rights and/or obligations of the other applicable Persons.
