DISNEY INDEMNITY UNITS

DISNEY INDEMNITY UNITS. Means those Condominium Units that were designed and built in whole or in part by one or more of the Affiliates of Disney and that were originally sold by Arvida/JMB after September 9, 1987. The Disney Indemnity Units are identified in Exhibit 1.
