Disposal Request. Shall mean notification of a Party, either orally or in writing, of a desire by the other Party to deliver a Waste to a Facility for disposal or processing. No Disposal Request may be made until a favorable Disposal Decision has been made and an appropriate Disposal Contract shall have been executed by the Parties. 2
