Disposition Order

Disposition Order. Shall mean an order of the Bankruptcy Court, in form and substance acceptable to Agent and the AVS Investors, either (a) approving the relief requested in a Disposition Motion, or (b) otherwise allowing Agent lawfully to prevent any sale or other disposition of the Property on terms that are unacceptable to Agent.
