Disposition Recovery

Disposition Recovery. Shall mean (I) the sale proceeds net of all costs of closing and brokerage costs received by the Company from a sale of the Project by the Company, plus (II) the sale proceeds net of all costs of closing and brokerage costs received from the sale of Future Projects by the initial owner(s) of such Future Projects, minus (III) Total Development Costs for the Project (if sold by the Company) and Total Development Costs for all Future Projects (which have been sold).
