Dispute. Means any dispute or controversy arising out of this Agreement including a Claim under this Agreement and any dispute or controversy regarding the existence, construction, validity, interpretation, enforceability, or breach of this Agreement.
Dispute. Means any cause for nonpayment of any Purchased Account, other than as a result of an Insolvency Event, including without limitation, any alleged dispute, defense, offset, or counterclaim, whether bona fide or not.

Dispute. Any controversy or claim, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise.
