Distributable Cash Flow

Example Definitions of "Distributable Cash Flow"
Distributable Cash Flow. The total Net Operating Cash Flow of the Company, after (i) payment of all expenses and obligations of the Company due and payable to Members and Affiliates of Members not already accounted for in the Net Operating Cash Flow calculation, (ii) the payment of current and reasonably anticipated operating obligations of the Company, and (iii) the creation of such reserves as the Board determines are appropriate for the Company and its future needs.
Distributable Cash Flow. The definition of Distributable Cash Flow as provided in the Partnership's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the Plan Year.
Distributable Cash Flow. Means net income, adjusted for certain non-cash items, less maintenance capital expenditures.
