Distribute
Distribute. Means to market, promote, sell, distribute, appoint sub-distributors to any Person, including a Subsidiary of the licensee. A Distribution shall be deemed to have occurred at the earliest time that the item Distributed is shipped or otherwise leaves the possession of the Licensee.
