Example Definitions of "Distribution Election Form"
Distribution Election Form. Shall mean the election form filed by a Non-Employee Director with the Company indicating whether such Non-Employee Director's Deferred Stock Unit Awards will be distributed in a lump sum or in a series of 2 to 10 substantially equal annual installments.
Distribution Election Form. Means that part of a Deferral Election Form used by a Participant according to this Plan to establish the duration of deferral and the frequency of payments of a Deferred Benefit. If a Deferred Benefit has no Distribution Election Form that is operative according to section 4 of this Plan, distribution of that Deferred Benefit is governed by section 8 of this Plan.
Distribution Election Form. A form used by a Participant according to this Plan to establish the frequency of distributions from his or her Elective Deferral Account. If a Participant has no Distribution Election Form that is operative according to this Plan, distribution of that Deferred Stock Benefit is governed by section 7 of this Plan.
Distribution Election Form. Means a form that a Participant uses to establish the duration of the deferral of Compensation and the frequency of payments of a Benefit. If a Participant does not execute a valid Distribution Election Form, the distribution of a Benefit shall be governed by Plan Section 5.
Distribution Election Form. Means a form that a Participant uses to establish the timing and method of payments of Benefits from all Accounts except the Participant's Tool Kit Account and, when specified by the Company, Special Account. If a Participant does not execute a valid Distribution Election Form, the distribution of Benefits shall be governed by Plan Section 9(d).
Distribution Election Form. A form, written or electronic, that a Participant uses to establish the duration of the deferral of Compensation and the frequency of payments of a Benefit
