Distribution Partner

Distribution Partner. Shall mean any third party, not including Gizmondo Affiliates, who sub-licenses any of the rights granted to Gizmondo pursuant to this Agreement for the purpose of distributing the Products to End-Users subject to clause 2.4 (4).
