Distributor

Distributor. Means an Affiliate, or third party distributor or reseller, appointed by Licensee under the terms of this Agreement, who acquires Integrated Products from Licensee solely for the purpose of distributing such Integrated Products to End-Users, and not for such party's internal business purposes. Any Distributor who seeks to make use of any Integrated Product for its own internal business purposes must do so under the terms of an End-User License Agreement.

Distributor. Means any Third Party which purchases a Product in a country from Purchaser or its Affiliates or licensees and is appointed as a distributor to distribute, market and resell such Product, even if such Third Party is granted ancillary rights related to such Product in order to distribute, market or sell such Product in such country.

Distributor. Means a third party appointed by Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and pursuant to a Distributor Agreement to distribute (directly or through one or more tiers of subdistributors) the Licensed Software, solely as integrated into InfoWorkSpace and LaunchPad, to End Users.
