Dividend Equivalents

Dividend Equivalents. A right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 6(d)(3) hereof to receive the equivalent value (in cash or shares of Common Stock) of dividends paid on shares of Common Stock

Dividend Equivalents. A right granted to a Participant under the Plan to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Shares) of dividends paid on Shares.

Dividend Equivalents. In the case of an Award comprising Restricted Stock Units, an amount equal to all dividends and other distributions (or the economic equivalent thereof (excluding, unless the Committee determines otherwise special dividends)) that are payable to shareholders of record in respect of the relevant record dates that occur during the Restriction Period or performance period, as applicable, on a like number of Shares that are subject to the Award

Dividend Equivalents. Means, with respect to shares of Restricted Stock that are to be issued at the end of the Restriction Period, an amount equal to all dividends and other distributions (or the economic equivalent thereof) that are payable to stockholders of record during the Restriction Period on a like number of shares of Common Stock.

Dividend Equivalents. Means an amount credited under a Participant's Deferred Stock Unit Award, which amount is equal to the dividends paid on the Stock, determined as if the Deferred Stock Unit were shares of Stock on the record date of any such dividend.

Dividend Equivalents. An amount equal to the value of dividends paid on an outstanding Share, which amount will be paid or credited on Deferred Shares in accordance with Section 8(b).

Dividend Equivalents. An amount equal to all dividends and other distributions (or the economic equivalent thereof) that are payable by the Company on one share of Common Stock to stockholders of record, which, in the discretion of the Administrator, may be awarded (i) in connection with any Award under the Plan while such Award is outstanding or otherwise subject to a Restriction Period and on a like number of shares of Common Stock under such Award or (ii) singly

Dividend Equivalents. Means the opportunity to receive dividend equivalents granted to Grantee pursuant to the Plan in connection with the Restricted Share Units to which they relate and evidenced by the Award Agreement.

Dividend Equivalents. Shall mean amounts credited pursuant to Article 8.

Dividend Equivalents. An amount credited to a Participant's Account equal to cash dividends actually received by the Hedging Entity, or if applicable the Affiliated Entity, with respect to Underlying Securities during the Deferral Period.
