Example Definitions of "Dividend Rate"
Dividend Rate. A percentage of the Stated Value per share, as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination or other similar transactions with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock, of 10% per annum, provided, that commencing on the one year anniversary of the Original Issue Date the percentage of the Stated Value per share shall be increased to 15% per annum.
Dividend Rate. (a) initially, an annual rate of 10.0%, (b) commencing on November 17, 2012, an annual rate of 15.0%, and (c) commencing on February 21, 2014, an annual rate of 18.0%
Dividend Rate. Means a percentage of the Stated Value per share, as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination or other similar transactions with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock, of six percent (6%) per annum, provided, that if an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Dividend Rate shall automatically be increased to twelve percent (12%) per annum during the period of such Event of Default, until such Event of Default is later cured
