Dividend Rate. Shall mean a dollar amount per share equal to six percent (6%) of the Original Issue Price for the Series A Preferred Stock, per annum, for the Series A Preferred Stock (as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations or the like, with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock).

Dividend Rate. Dividend Rate. Means (a) from the Issue Date to June 19, 2013, 7.50% and (b) from and after June 20, 2013, 15.0%.

Dividend Rate. Shall mean the dividend rate accruing on the Series A Preferred Stock, as applicable from time to time pursuant to this Certificate of Designations.
