Divisional Executive Officer. Means those persons who have both company-wide and direct divisional responsibilities, consisting initially of (a) the Vice President and General Manager of the Company's Butler, Indiana Flat Rolled Division, (b) the Vice President and General Manager of the Company's Columbia City, Indiana Structural and Rail Division, and (c) such other persons, if any, who may be from time to time designated as a Divisional Executive Officer by the ...
