DMV Director

DMV Director. Means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series B-1 Preferred Stock and the Series B-2 Preferred Stock are entitled to elect, exclusively and as a separate class, pursuant to and in accordance with the Certificate of Incorporation and the Company's Amended and Restated Voting Agreement, dated as of the date hereof.
