Document Checklist. A list delivered to the Document Custodian by the Company in connection with delivery of each Asset File to the Custodian that identifies (i) whether a Security is a Certificated Security or an Uncertificated Security, and (ii) the documents, instruments and certificates contained in the related Asset File.
