Example Definitions of "Documents"
Documents. Any documents (as such term is defined as of the date of this Agreement in Article 9 of the UCC for the State of Colorado) that relate to any of the Collateral.
Documents. Copies of the Security Agreement, the Notes, the Warrant, the Option and the Registration Rights Agreement.
