Dollar-Denominated Awards

Dollar-Denominated Awards. Mean Performance Unit Awards and any other Incentive Awards the amount of which are based on a specified amount of money other than an amount of money determined by reference to the Fair Market Value of a specified number of shares of Common Stock. "Dollar-Denominated Awards" do not include Options or Stock Appreciation Rights.
