Dollar Volume Failure

Dollar Volume Failure. Means, with respect to a particular date of determination, that the aggregate daily dollar trading volume (as reported on Bloomberg) of the Common Stock on the Eligible Market on which the Common Stock is listed or designated for quotation on each Trading Day over the thirty (30) consecutive Trading Day period ending on the Trading Day immediately preceding such date of determination is less than $500,000.
