Dollar Volume Limitation. Fifteen percent (15%) of the aggregate dollar trading volume of the Common Stock on the Principal Market (or other applicable Eligible Market) over the thirty (30) consecutive Trading Day period ending on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of any Installment Notice. For the purposes of this definition the term 'dollar trading volume' for any Trading Day shall be determined by multiplying the VWAP by the volume as reported on Bloomberg for such Trading Day
