Domestic Subsidiary

Domestic Subsidiary. Means any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.

Domestic Subsidiary. Means each corporation incorporated within the United States of America which is listed on Appendix A to this Plan. Appendix A may be amended from time to time upon the approval of the Chief Executive Officer of Goodrich. 3

Domestic Subsidiary. Means any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Borrower that is incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State or other political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia.

Domestic Subsidiary. Means, at any time, each of the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Pledgor that is incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States of America, any state thereof or the District of Columbia.

Domestic Subsidiary. Shall mean any Subsidiary of a Pledgor that is organized and existing under the laws of the United States or any state or commonwealth thereof or under the laws of the District of Columbia

Domestic Subsidiary. Means any Subsidiary other than a Foreign Subsidiary.

Domestic Subsidiary. Means any Subsidiary of the Purchaser that is not a "controlled foreign corporation" as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or any successor statute thereto) and the regulations thereunder.

Domestic Subsidiary. With respect to any Person, means each Subsidiary of such Person that is organized under the laws of a State of the United States of America or under the laws of the United States of America

Domestic Subsidiary. As to any Person, any Subsidiary of such Person incorporated or organized in the United States or any State or territory thereof

Domestic Subsidiary. Any Subsidiary of the Company that is not a Foreign Subsidiary
