Dot Hill Patents

Dot Hill Patents. Means patents, patent applications, design patents and registrations, and utility models, along with any reissues, re-examinations, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions and renewals thereof, which Dot Hill has the right to license as of the Effective Date without the required payment of any royalties or other fees to any third party and that are not otherwise available to NetApp without a license from Dot Hill.
