DOWNSTREAM AREA

DOWNSTREAM AREA. Means the approximately seven (7) river miles beginning at the Hayton Millpond at the end of the Work Area and continuing until the confluence of the North and the South branches of the Manitowoc River, all as more fully shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "B-1", including without limitation, all overbanks, sediments, stream channels and surface waters where Remediation may be required by any Governmental Authority.
