Example Definitions of "Dr Seuss Property"
Dr Seuss Property. Shall mean each property listed in Exhibit A to the Formal Agreement, provided that any such properties that are related in characters, theme and/or content (such as The Cat in the Hat and The Cat in the Hat Comes Back) shall be considered a single Dr. Seuss Property.
