Draft Specification

Draft Specification. Shall mean technical document(s) embodying the technical protocols and system architectures related to networking or communicating over wiring which are in draft form and have been approved by the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 2.2.

Draft Specification. Shall mean draft document(s) that have been approved by the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 2.2 and are either: (a) Technical specifications embodying the technical protocols and system architectures related to networking or communicating over wiring (b) Marketing requirements documents which define use cases and/or business processes
