DragAlong Percentage
DragAlong Percentage. A fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Equivalent Shares that are to be Transferred by the WP Parties in a Drag-Along Sale, and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Equivalent Shares owned at such time by the WP Parties.
