Draw Down Pricing Period

Example Definitions of "Draw Down Pricing Period"
Draw Down Pricing Period. Shall mean a period of eighteen (18) consecutive trading days following a Draw Down Notice (or such other period of consecutive trading days as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Purchaser).
Draw Down Pricing Period. Shall mean a period of twenty (20) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the date specified in the Draw Down Notice (as defined in Section 5.1(f) of the Purchase Agreement in effect as of the date of this Warrant); provided, however, the Draw Down Pricing Period shall not begin before the day on which receipt of such notice is confirmed in accordance with the Purchase Agreement.
