DRI Amendment

DRI Amendment. An amendment to the Development Order for the Tradition Development of Regional Impact to be processed by Seller authorizing the Property to be developed with up to a maximum of 55,000 square feet of office use and to increase the office capacity allocated to an additional 50,000 square feet of office use for the approximate 15 acres of property adjacent to the Property which has previously been conveyed from Seller to the City ("Other Property").
