Drug. Will mean Xenova's proprietary compound currently known as XR9576 in its pure form (free base form and any pharmaceutically acceptable salt form) and any formulations thereof or improvements thereto. The parties will include the chemical structure of the Drug as an exhibit to the Definitive Agreement.

Drug. Shall mean BioMedicines' proprietary Interferon Omega recombinant protein in its pure form or in the formulation originally provided to ALZA by BioMedicines hereunder.

Drug. Prolexys' drug, placebo and active comparator defined in each specific Protocol
