Drum Kit. An electronic drum percussion device, that is not a musical instrument, that includes (i) four drum pads which respond to contact on a stand, (ii) a pair of drum sticks and (iii) one foot pedal, that operates as a video game controller/peripheral that is compatible for use with the Licensed Software.
