DTE Service

DTE Service. All years of service with The Detroit Edison Company ("DTE") (or any of its predecessors, affiliates or other members of its controlled group) calculated to the nearest completed calendar month. Company Service is calculated to the nearest whole month. As of May 10, 2005, Executive has 32 years and 1 month of Company Service (based on Executive's service with DTE).
