DTI KnowHow
DTI KnowHow. Means all information, trade secrets, data, inventions and know-how that is (i) owned by or licensed to DTI (with the right to sublicense) during the term of this Agreement and (ii) necessary or useful to the manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products.
