DTVG Investor

DTVG Investor. Means HNS, and any Persons to whom the rights granted under this Agreement are transferred by HNS, its successors or assigns pursuant to Section 5 hereof. If more than one DTVG Investor exists, any action requiring the consent, approval or exercise of the DTVG Investors shall be consented to or approved or exercised by the DTVG Investors who own a majority of the Class A Units held by all DTVG Investors.
