Due Diligence Defect
Due Diligence Defect. Shall mean (i) any Title Defect(s), and (ii) any other condition which Buyer discovers in its Due Diligence Review Period which renders the Interests unfit for Buyer's intended use for any reason whatsoever in Buyer's sole and absolute discretion.
