Dundon Director

Dundon Director. Shall mean an individual elected to the Board of Directors who has been nominated or appointed by the Dundon Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Thomas Dundon shall be deemed to have been nominated or appointed, as applicable, by the Dundon Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement.
