Any services specified under a SOW, which may include: (i) Inventory manufacturing, assembly, replication, repair, refurbishment, delivery, returns and warehousing; (ii) Customer service activities related to handling Inventory orders, processing payments, rebates, Product identification keys or codes; and/or (iii) the resale of Products and upgrades and the performance of order transaction and digital download and fulfillment functionalities.
