EARLY RELEASE LAUNCH. Means that a Marketplace meets the functional description set out in Attachment B, and is ready for Soft Launch save that notwithstanding e-centives' compliance with its obligations under this Agreement there are insufficient fully integrated Merchants to meet the Merchant recruitment criteria for Soft Launch.
